WE ARE THE WORLD: Cuando el amor se hace canción

En la década de los 80, los mejores musicos norteamericanos se unieron para cantar por los niñós de Africa. Mediada por la imagen del niño de Biafra (fotografiada por Mc Cullin) que dio la vuelta al mundo, sus almas y las nuestras fueron tocadas por un instante.

Los cantantes regalaron una canción y dinero , que seguramente alivió la situación de algunos de estos niños y niñas.

La situación no ha variado mucho: fotos vivientes dan todavía testimonio del horror .
No obstante esta canción tiene la particularidad de vincularnos a esa emoción tan hermosa, que espero los artistas de hoy, la vuelvan a sentir y canten nuevamente por Africa.
